Dermaplaning

Microdermabrasion

Chemical Peels

"But first, skincare."

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a simple procedure that is safe and effective for exfoliating the skin by a simple shaving of the epidermis and thereby freeing facial areas of fine vellus hair (aka “peach fuzz”).

Because dermaplaning is a quick procedure with little to no adverse effects, it has become very popular among men and (particularly) women across the United States. The procedure usually involves only a scalpel and delicate touch and is ideal for women who are pregnant or nursing and are not allowed to make use of peeling agents due to the chemicals involved.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive procedure that uses tiny crystals or other exfoliating surfaces to help remove the superficial layer of dead skin cells.

When you remove the stratum corneum, or the top layer of skin, the body interprets it as an injury. It then quickly replaces the lost skin cells with new, healthy ones. The entire procedure usually takes about 30-45 minutes for the face. Depending on how many treatments you have, you’ll notice a change in the clarity, elasticity and texture of your skin. Clients with uneven pigmentation, fine lines and clogged pores can benefit from a series of microdermabrasion treatments.

The procedure stimulates blood flow, which increases the nutrition delivered to skin cells. This improves cell production, which improves skin’s elasticity and texture.
